Data report: Improving Postpartum Maternal Health Outcomes

I wrote this data report for the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association. It examines the racial disparities that exist in during the six weeks following a patient’s release from the hospital after giving birth. The analysis drew from data from more than 700,000 Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) commercially insured births and 1.5 million Medicaid births.
